No Refund Policy
⚠ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
1. Policy
By purchasing any ticket, pack, or booking through Studio R, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Single-use tickets and multi-slot packs (HOBBY, Starter, Beginner, Intermediate, Advance)
- Whether tickets are used, unused, expired, forgotten, or lost
- Class no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations by the student
- Change of mind, schedule conflicts, illness, or personal circumstances
- Any other reason not explicitly listed in Section 2 below
2. Limited Exceptions (Credit — Not Cash Refund)
In the following cases, Studio R may issue an equivalent-value credit to your account (not a cash refund), at our sole discretion:
- Studio R cancels a lesson due to instructor or facility unavailability → the associated ticket is returned to your account and can be used for another lesson
- Duplicate payment caused by a demonstrable technical error → the duplicate is reversed as an account credit
Credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits cannot be converted to cash under any condition.
3. Ticket Validity & Expiry
Each pack has a defined validity period from the date of purchase (see the ticket details on the purchase page). Expired tickets are void with no compensation.
4. Class Cancellation by You
You may cancel a booking up to 60 minutes before class start; the ticket is returned to your unused inventory but remains subject to its original expiry. Cancellations within 60 minutes of start, no-shows, and late arrivals result in ticket consumption without compensation.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback in violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and pursuit of the outstanding amount through legal means. All chargebacks are contested by Studio R with reference to this policy.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
