These Terms govern use of the Studio R dance / idol training service (the "Service").
1. Service Overview
Ticket-based dance / idol training lessons and related booking / attendance / payment platform.
2. Membership
- Users under 13 require guardian consent.
- False registration is prohibited.
- One account per person.
3. Prohibited Acts
- Transfer or resale of tickets / QR codes
- Harassment, discrimination, violence towards teachers or students
- Unauthorised recording of others in the studio
- Illegal / immoral use of the Service
- Vulnerability exploitation, DoS, scraping
4. Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid until each pack's expiry.
- No refunds after expiry (see Refund Policy).
- Cancellation up to 60 min before start. After: ticket consumed.
- Repeat scans within 15 min are not double-charged.
5. Payment
iPay88 supports card / FPX / eWallet / DuitNow QR. SST 6% added.
6. Disclaimer
- We are not liable for injury / accidents absent gross negligence.
- Force majeure interruptions are not compensated.
- Refunds per Refund Policy.
7. Suspension / Deletion
Prohibited acts may result in suspension or deletion without notice. Malicious cases may result in civil / criminal action.
8. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
Malaysian law. Kuala Lumpur High Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
